Chef Johnny

Johnny started cooking as a teenager growing up on Molokai learning recipes from family members and friends. He learned to prepare dishes the same way it was done generations ago. 
Johnny worked at several Hawai`i bars and restaurants, starting out at the popular gathering spot on Molokai, Pau Hana Inn. Most recently, he opened his first restaurant, O`ahu Grill, in the heart of Kaimuki.
“Life is about creating moments. Growing up in Hawai`i has always been about sharing good food with family and friends. I enjoy making people happy and watching them create their own moments.”
